01.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between boboslot.cam ("Boboslot", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the services offered through the website located at https://boboslot.cam ("Platform", "Site").

Boboslot operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. Our services include but are not limited to: slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and UFC), fishing games, crash games, and other interactive entertainment products.

By accessing any part of the Platform or by completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Boboslot strictly prohibits participation by minors. Any Account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability or guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either through Boboslot or any other responsible gambling programme, at the time of registration or ongoing use.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during and after registration must be truthful, accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04.Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a secure password of your choosing, and any other information we may reasonably request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• You must select a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party.
• You must log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Boboslot will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Boboslot reserves the right to close any Account found to be in violation of the one-account-per-player policy. In such cases, winnings credited during the period of policy breach may be voided and the deposited balance returned, subject to verification.

05.Deposits & Payments

Boboslot accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Malaysian e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — typically credited within seconds of confirmation.
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-participating banks — typically credited within 5 to 10 minutes during standard banking hours.
• DuitNow Transfer: Inter-bank real-time transfer available 24/7 — typically credited within 5 to 10 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB (BSC) — credited following sufficient on-chain confirmations, typically 15 to 30 minutes.

• The minimum deposit is RM50 (or equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits).
• Deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Boboslot does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply independent charges, which are your responsibility.
• Boboslot reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method before processing withdrawals.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are not compensable.

06.Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Account balance are subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Boboslot aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, subject to identity verification requirements.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Boboslot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks, including source-of-funds inquiries, for larger withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before they are processed; cancelled withdrawals return to the available game balance.

07.Bonuses & Promotions

Boboslot offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have accepted them via the applicable opt-in mechanism and have met the minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Certain games (typically live dealer games and specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Boboslot reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void bonus-derived winnings, or close an Account if it reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, exploited through advantage play, or obtained by circumventing these Terms.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Players based on the date of birth registered in their verified Account profile. Boboslot reserves the right to request documentary confirmation of date of birth before crediting birthday promotions.
• Referral bonuses — currently set at MYR 38 per successful referral — are credited to both the referring Player and the newly registered Player once the latter has completed registration and made their first qualifying deposit.

08.Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform, including slot games, live dealer games, and sports betting. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general provisions.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be accepted except where a manifest technical error is demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, Boboslot will resolve the matter in accordance with its internal fair-play procedures. The decision of Boboslot in such matters is final.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply to individual games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Wagers exceeding these limits may be adjusted or voided at Boboslot's discretion.
• For sports betting markets, Boboslot reserves the right to suspend any market, void bets, or revise odds where a genuine error has occurred (e.g., incorrect team, incorrect odds due to data feed error).
• Mix Parlay combinations are subject to the rules governing each individual leg. Void legs in a Mix Parlay will be removed and the parlay recalculated without the voided selection.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical outcomes. Boboslot does not manipulate game results.

09.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and civil or criminal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain and failing to report them to Boboslot promptly.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent game fairness.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles, whether using fiat or cryptocurrency payment methods.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Platform or any game therein.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Boboslot staff or other players via any support or chat channel.

10.Account Suspension & Termination

Boboslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct clause above.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Reasonable belief that a Player is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• At the Player's own voluntary request for Account closure.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not due to fraud or a breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and wagering progress are forfeited upon closure unless the closure is specifically a result of a self-exclusion request and the applicable promotion expressly provides otherwise.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boboslot and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, latency, or errors on the Platform that are beyond Boboslot's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any use of the Platform's services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Boboslot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Boboslot makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the boboslot brand name, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Boboslot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written permission from Boboslot.
• Using the boboslot name, logo, or any brand assets in any manner that implies an affiliation with or endorsement by Boboslot.
• Creating derivative works based on the Platform's games, software, or visual design.

13.Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Boboslot collects personal data including but not limited to your name, email address, date of birth, payment method details, and transactional history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and personalised marketing (where you have consented).

14.Responsible Gambling

15.Amendments to Terms

16.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boboslot is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform ("Dispute"), both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
